More than 3 100 employees work worldwide for the group of companies, which consists of SPUDNIK (USA), ASA-LIFT (Denmark), INTERNORM (Damme, Germany), RICON (Rieste, Germany), Schmiede.One (Düsseldorf, Germany) and GRIMME Landmaschinenfabrik (Germany). The focus of our portfolio is on innovative and economical solutions in potato-, beet- and vegetable technology.
Our history
From the forge to a market leader
More than 160 years ago, Franz Carl Heinrich Grimme founded a forge in Damme (Germany). His grandson Franz Grimme established the GRIMME Landmaschinenfabrik (factory for agricultural machinery) in 1936 and manufactured the first products for a more rational potato harvest.
From these beginnings, an internationally active group of companies has grown that develops and produces innovative machinery primarily for agriculture. The products are sold in more than 120 countries via specialised partners and own locations.

More than 3,100 people work for the GRIMME Group worldwide. Actually more than 130 young people are trained in 18 apprenticeship professions and so-called "dual courses of study". The jobs at GRIMME are very versatile and "future-proof" at the same time.
