<p>We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who is keen to progress their career within a market leading machinery manufacturer. In return GRIMME (UK) Ltd offers an excellent remuneration package and the opportunities to progress within a dynamic organisation.</p>
<h4>Initial Responsibilities</h4>
<p>As a Field Service Engineer for GRIMME (UK) Ltd, your initial responsibilities will be:</p>
<ul>
<li>Machine diagnostics and seasonal repair of our full range of equipment and non GRIMME equipment.</li>
<li>Routine planned preventative maintenance both in the depot and out on site.</li>
<li>Machine PDI and Re-specification to both new and used equipment.</li>
<li>Delivering customer expectations in line with department targets.</li>
<li>Mentoring of apprentice technicians (once up to speed personally).</li>
<li>Completion of all tasks in a timely and profitable manner.</li>
<li>Promotion of the brand and service department, always ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.</li>
<li>Any other duties as and when required by Management that are reasonably within the capabilities of the person and are aimed at achieving the company&rsquo;s objectives and goals.</li>

<li>Knowledge and experience of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.</li>

<li>The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Self-motivation, strong communication skills, and a drive to embrace new challenges.</li>
<li>Experience in an Agricultural environment would be advantageous, but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.</li>
<li>Proficiency in maintaining and repairing machinery using special tools and following approved technical procedures.</li>
<li>Flexibility to adjust working hours during peak seasons.</li>
<li>To engage in additional training to further development and skills.</li>
<li>A valid UK driving licence.</li>

<p>Basic Salary: &pound;30,160 to &pound;33,280 (Dependent on experience)&nbsp;<br>On Target Earnings: &pound;42,075 to &pound;45,960</p>
<p>Monday &ndash; Friday, 40 hours per week</p>
<p>Overtime available as follows: <br>Monday &ndash; Saturday = time and a half <br>Sundays &amp; Bank Holidays = double time</p>
