The GRIMME Group is led by the board of directors Franz Grimme, Christoph Grimme, Philipp Grimme, Franz-Bernd Kruthaup and Dr. Michael Tönnies. Dr. Eduard Möhlmann (Chairman of the Advisory Board), Henning Paulsen and Jan-Hendrik Mohr form the advisory Board of the group of companies. GRIMME Landmaschinenfabrik is run by the managing directors Christoph Grimme, Sebastian Talg and Richard Weiß. Philipp Grimme is also managing director together with Bernard Tepe at INTERNORM and with Felix Lingens at RICON. Christoph Grimme manages the companies SPUDNIK together with Rainer Borgmann, ASA-LIFT together with Frank Robin and Schmiede.one together with Alexander Langer.
